STC Healthcare Limited, established in 2006, is a small professional healthcare agency providing high quality domiciliary care, general assistance at home, carers for nursing and residential homes. Our office is based in Leiston, Suffolk and can offer a service covering the local area.

All staff training is undertaken in our training centre, covering Moving & Handling and Skills for Care Induction. Other relevant training is given as is necessary according to individual requirements. All staff have had enhanced CRB checks and ongoing supervision and assessment. This facilitates the provision of care to a very high standard.

DOMICILLIARY CARE
It is essential that time and energy is spent improving the value and quality of a person’s life. We establish from the onset each client’s wishes and personal preferences to enable us to provide an individual care package tailored exactly to the needs of our clients. We then monitor and adapt should changes become necessary.

When offering any care package it will be agreed and clarified in advance between the person requiring care, their relevant family member, General Practitioner, Social Worker and STC Healthcare Limited using a partnership approach.

We can provide short half hour visits to longer more complex visits for those requiring higher levels of support. Our service includes dressing, bathing, domestic care needs, shopping, light gardening and escorts on outings through to 24 hour live-in care.

CARERS FOR CARE HOMES & RESIDENTIAL HOMES
We can supply carers for nursing and residential homes, EMI and Learning Disabilities settings, from small privately run businesses to large corporate groups. We can supply care staff for any shift at very short notice or long term agreements booked in advance, including live-in carers. We also provide an on-call service which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

STC Healthcare Limited will endeavour to match our staff’s skills to specific requirements, supplying staff to all areas and specialties of the healthcare sector.

Our staff will wear STCHC uniform with an identity badge unless otherwise requested.
